This is a great video of Cambodian Food (Cuisine) cooking at countryside in Cambodia. It's from Banteay Meanchey Province. They are cooking eels. Firstly, they need to clean the slippery bubble on eel's skin and clean away with water. They are making two kinds of food with these eels.
